yup! keeps the girls in place. I agree its not the easiest thing to get into but definately once you are in it, it feels good. The moisture transfer works well in terms of whisking the sweat away. kept it nicely at bay without reaching my shirt.
It also gave me a nice shape without flattening me out too much like some other bras do. The only reason I gave a 4 is for the getting into part. So far, to save myself the hassle i just leave the back already fastened and put on like any other racer bra. Only use the clips when I am taking it off. But honestly no complaints here

I just want to add that I allowed a friend of mine to try it before I put it to use just to see if it did a better job than what she has now. We are the same size but her cup size is a fuller D than mine and she did get some bounce but not too much. But she did notice a complete difference in terms of the girls moving. Held her firmly in place. I only mentioned this because it may very well have to do with how full your cups are in terms of the amount of support you will achieve. I'm no expert, just observation that I hope is able to help others that are looking at this bra. Lastly, my customer service experience from the actual company (Moving Comfort) was very good. Answered my questions thoroughly, then I was able to purchase from amazon.
